Scout Camp Physicals |

Scouts heading to Scout Camp:
If your scout still needs to get a physical for scout camp, there is an opportunity next week (Thursday, June 4) to get one for $10. The Boy Scouts will accept this school physical form as long as it is attached to the BSA required form. You must print out and take a blank copy of the sport physical below to CFHS. If you go, be prepared to wait in long lines, but for $10, who can complain.
School Physicals
Stafford Ccounty Pubpic Schools will conduct its annual sports physical night on 4 June 2009 from 5pm -8pm at Colonial Forge High School. The cost per student will be $10.00. Physical forms can be downloaded from this website.

BSA Medical Forms Needed By June 14th |

Scout Camp is coming the end of June--we plan to leave on Saturday, June 27th. Completed medical physicals on BSA forms are needed for scouts and any parents planning to attend more than 24 hours. Forms are found on the Web Links portion of this website on page 42-44 of the 2009 Camp Spencer Leader's Guide. Please have your forms to Bro. Grimmer by June 14th. If your son had a physical for last year's scout camp, he may not need one for this year. Please contact Bro. Grimmer are jaredgrimmer@hotmail.com to see if your son's physical form is still current.
